Introducing the aBoard Display
The Accelerated Bulletin Board

The aBoard is a digital display that supports your company’s goals for employee behavior. You already spend time and money to create and disseminate messages on your company goals. The aBoard display helps you extend the reach of those messages by keeping them in front of employees on a real-time basis.

We take your existing messaging, and integrate it with other information on a single combined display that’s attention-grabbing and engaging. A typical aBoard display would include reminders of company or department goals, training themes and topics, and performance metrics, along with live data like weather, sports scores, Twitter posts that mention your company and more.

Where to start?

Accelerate ROI will meet with you to learn about your company and the information you would like to see communicated on your aBoard display. We would view your facility; look at your training outlines, your stats and postings, and your current bulletin boards. We will listen to your goals for the aBoard program.

Accelerate ROI will return with ideas on how your company can integrate the aBoard into your facility. Based on your input, we would then create itemized proposals based on your specific needs.

What’s the cost?
The cost of an aBoard program has three parts:

Hardware
Whether you provide the monitors, computers and feeds or we do, there is a hardware expense to aBoard displays. If you want us to provide hardware, it can be a one time expense of $4,800 per display, or you can lease boards on a monthly basis for $250 per display per month. A WiFi environment is required.

Set Up
This is a one time expense that covers our labor to design the look of the aBoard display which happens through collaborative sessions with your group and ours. These fees typically range from $60-$80 per hour. It is during this time that you determine what components will be part of your aBoard display. Some options are:

• Photos of Staff and/or Company Events
• New Staff Bio’s
• Promotions and Recognition
• Surveys and tests

Operationally Based
• Meeting reminders
• Promoting Special Events
• Deadlines
• Schedule and Shift Notes
• New Product Information

Entertainment and Information Based
• Live feed from production, front office, showroom, etc.
• Live feed from the company’s Twitter or Facebook
• Live feed from CNN and ESPN
• Live feed from Weather.com

Maintenance
The aBoard program is dynamic and can change in real time. The set-up stage determines the overall perimeters and look of the aBoard display. On an ongoing basis, information is uploaded regularly by your office and/or from Accelerate ROI on your behalf. We charge $49 an hour for maintenance support. There is also a monthly network access fee of $49. A budget for monthly expenses can be determined during set up.

How long does it take before the aBoard display is active?
Based on hardware, internet connection, and content accessibility, an aBoard display can be up and running within days or weeks. Typically a company takes 3-4 weeks to plan and engage in the program.

What if I don’t like the program?
You can cancel anytime without penalty. Hardware purchases are non-refundable. Leased equipment can be returned. An aBoard program works the best when there is assigned responsibilities internally for information flow and periodic review by management.
